These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fomoist (the "Service", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to hold an account; see the "Children's information" and "Reporting an underage account" sections below for what happens if we learn otherwise.
Agreeing to these Terms does not sign you up for marketing emails. That is always a separate, optional choice you make at signup or later in Settings, and you can withdraw it at any time; we will still send necessary account and security emails (like sign-in verification or password resets) regardless of that choice.
You keep ownership of the events, comments, photos, and other content you post ("User Content"). By posting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the rights to share it.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior — including but not limited to threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, and content that promotes violence or illegal activity. Most user-generated content can be reported with one tap, and any user can be blocked, from within the Service. We look into reports; a violation of this section can result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination without notice, at our discretion. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services directly — this Service is not a substitute for that.
Some event details on the Service are entered by users or imported from a link or image a user provides. We do not verify the accuracy, safety, or legality of any event, venue, or ticket listing. Ticket purchases and venue attendance are between you and the relevant third party, at your own risk. Always confirm event details directly with the organizer or venue before attending.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we are required to do so by law — including, as described below, if we learn an account belongs to someone under 13.
If you believe an account belongs to someone under 13 — including your own child's — tell us at support@fomoist.app with enough detail to identify the account (the email address or handle). We will investigate and, if confirmed, permanently delete the account and associated personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any event information is accurate or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fomoist will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service — including anything that happens at an event or venue you found through the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Israel, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will ask you to re-accept them the next time you sign in. Continued use of the Service after a non-material change means you accept the updated Terms.
